SPC Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SPG) has announced its first major international deal since its December 2024 merger and re-listing. The company’s international division, Nature One Dairy (Hong Kong) Limited (NODHK), has secured an exclusive 10-year agreement with Dairy Farm Company Limited (DFI), a leading Asian retailer.
The deal, valued at AU$250 million over the term, will see NODHK supply high-quality dairy products across DFI’s Mannings retail network, Hong Kong’s largest health and beauty chain with over 320 outlets in Hong Kong and Macau.
