New Chapter at Mach7: Teri Thomas Appointed CEO as Mike Lampron Steps Down

Experienced healthcare tech leader to take the reins in July 2025

Mach7 Technologies (ASX: M7T) has announced a leadership transition set for the new financial year, with long-serving CEO Mike Lampron stepping down from his role on 30 June 2025, and Teri Thomas appointed as the new Managing Director and CEO, effective 1 July 2025.

Chair Robert Bazzani paid tribute to Lampron’s significant contributions since joining Mach7 in 2017, and his leadership as CEO from 2019.

“Mike has been instrumental in shaping Mach7’s strategic direction and growth, including the transformative acquisition of Client Outlook. He leaves the company in a strong financial position and with solid foundations for the future.”

Enter Teri Thomas: A Proven Leader in Healthcare Technology

Incoming CEO Teri Thomas brings a wealth of international healthcare and technology experience to Mach7, having most recently served as CEO of Volpara Health (ASX: VHT) and Chief Business Officer at Lunit, a global leader in AI-powered cancer diagnostics.

At Volpara, Thomas is credited with a successful corporate turnaround, sharpening commercial focus and driving operational improvements that ultimately led to the company’s acquisition by Lunit in 2024.

With an impressive 20-year stint at Epic, a leading US electronic medical record provider, Thomas has also held senior roles at Orion Health and New Hill Consulting, giving her a broad perspective on global healthcare systems, enterprise sales, and clinician-patient workflows.

“I am honoured to join Mach7 at such a pivotal time,” Thomas said. “The Company’s focus on transforming medical imaging aligns with my passion for healthcare innovation. I look forward to scaling operations and delivering solutions that drive better patient outcomes.”

A registered nurse with a Master of Science degree, Thomas’s clinical background brings added depth to her tech leadership, making her uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between IT systems and real-world healthcare delivery.

Strategic Growth on the Horizon

This leadership change comes at a key inflection point for Mach7 as it looks to build on its strong position in the medical imaging software market and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. With Thomas at the helm, the company is expected to accelerate its US presence, strengthen its product suite, and sharpen its commercial execution.
