Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) has inked a A$40 million, seven-year deal with LucidHealth, a major U.S. radiology provider, marking another significant step in PME’s North American expansion.
What’s in the Deal?
- LucidHealth will replace its legacy PACS with PME’s Visage 7 Viewer, integrating Visage 7 across its network of 140 care sites.
- The cloud-based Visage 7 platform will provide remote and onsite radiology reading capabilities.
- The contract operates on a transactional licensing model, meaning PME stands to gain additional revenue as usage scales.
- Implementation planning starts immediately, with a phased go-live expected in late Q3/Q4 2025.
Why This Matters
LucidHealth employs more than 300 radiologists, delivering subspecialised imaging services across its network. The move to Visage CloudPACS aligns with a broader trend in North America, where PME’s cloud-based imaging solutions are rapidly becoming the industry standard.
“This deal reinforces our belief that Visage 7 is uniquely positioned to serve private practices, academic medical centers, IDNs, and outpatient clinics,” said Pro Medicus CEO Dr. Sam Hupert.
With teleradiology and cloud adoption surging, PME continues to strengthen its foothold in the private U.S. healthcare market, adding LucidHealth to its growing list of high-profile clients.
